Talent March Mark – Recognising Our Commitment to Young Employees

We’re proud to announce that we’ve been awarded the Bronze Talent Match Mark. A stamp of approval in our drive to inspire and upskill the future workforce.

The award was given for our work hiring Apprenticeships and ensuring the process was easy to understand for those new to the job market. In addition to providing continued training and opportunities to young employees.

The Talent Match Mark recognises and celebrates outstanding employers that support young people throughout their journey to work.

Funded by a £108 million Big Lottery Fund initiative, Talent Match is the UK’s largest voluntary programme to tackle youth unemployment in the UK. The Mark is led by Youth Employment UK, a not-for-profit organisation working hard to tackle youth unemployment in the UK.

Digital Marketing Executive, Patrick Cantellow, who is currently undertaking a Level 4 Apprenticeship said:

“It’s great to see CS One Design being recognised for the work we do for young employees. As an Ambassador for Youth Employment UK, I’m always on the lookout for organisations in Sittingbourne and Swale who deliver high-quality apprenticeship schemes.”

Adam Larking, Director, said:

“Businesses have a responsibility to inspire the next generation and help reduce the skills shortage. Employing Apprentices and providing continued training is part of our role to support that.”
